How do blinds go up?

Using discreet pulleys, the blind goes up when the pull cord is pulled down and holds in position using a cleat (hook) at the desired resting point. You can stop and secure the blind at ANY point you like on the window. Now the clever bit !

Should blinds be up or down when it is hot?

If you hold it too much to the left or right, the blinds may only roll up on one side. Your blinds may get damaged if they roll up on one side but not the other. Pull the end of the blinds down and slightly forward. Tug the blinds gently to trigger the spring.
